After graduated as a chemical engineer, Jacob found his passion in real estate. He joined a top real estate consulting firm in Mainland China as a project manager focusing on real estate project development, market analysis and government relations. He worked with some of the largest real estate developers and successfully operated many multi-billion dollar projects.
He moved to Toronto in 2010 and continued to devote his passion in real estate. He has been a full-time realtor since 2012. He closed $150 million+ real estate transactions and consistantly ranked as the Top producer in the brokerage. He became Fellow of the Real Estate Institute of Canada in 2018 in order to provide the best service and advices to his clients.
Jacob focuses on luxury home sales. He is a member of the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing, a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist and part of the Million Dollar Guild. He specializes in representing homes and buyers in central Toronto and downtown Toronto. He also specializes in luxury pre-construction condos. He is well connected in the industry with builders, developers and other agents.
He saw tremendous opportunities and growth in Toronto’s real estate market which will continue to be his focus. With his consulting background, global vision and 15 years of industry experience, he is able to help their clients with any real estate related needs. He lives in Lytton park with his wife who is a senior banker and a lovely daughter, also two cute cats they adopted from the humane society.
